Selling Options
Sellers at West End Flea Market have the following three selling options:
Reserved Single Saturday(s)
Reservations can be made for one or more Saturdays in the month.
Reservations are booked where space is available. When possible, every effort will be made to keep the reserved location the same, if more than one Saturday is requested in the month.
The Saturday(s) fee for a Standard Space is $25.00 per Saturday.
Monthly Contract
A monthly contract guarantees you the same space for a one-month period and covers the first Saturday to the last Saturday of the month.
Space Location is guaranteed as long as the Monthly Contract is active. When the Monthly Contract lapses, the space is once again available to other sellers.
Monthly Contract Sellers may renew on a Flea Market day with a Site Manager.
The Monthly Contract fee for a Standard Space is $20.00 per Saturday.
Stand-by
Stand-by Sellers are those who have not pre-reserved a space, but would like to sell on the day of the Market on Saturday.
The Stand-by line is admitted after sellers who have pre-reserved spaces are placed. Spaces will be assigned first come, first served.
Important NOTE: Standby Sellers are expected to bring with them a completed Space Reservation Form, in order to be registered at the Gate on Market day.
The Standby fee for a Standard Space is $25.00 per Saturday. The only accepted method of payment is cash (no checks or money orders are accepted).
