Space Reservation Instructions
1. Obtain Reservation Instructions and Space Reservation Form by the following methods:
- Print copies from this website, or
- Pick up copies from the Information Booth on a Flea Market Saturday, or
- Call the Flea Market business office at (510) 999-1431
2. Refer to Seller Space Fees
3. Refer to Seller's Permit
4. Read West End Flea Market Rules, Regulations, and Policies for Sellers
5. Print and complete the West End Flea Market Space Reservation Form
6. Deadlines for Applications:
Monthly Contracts - due 5 days before the start of your requested month
Reserved Single Saturday(s) - due 5 days before the requested Saturday Flea Market date
7. Checklist for your Reservation submission:
- Completed Space Reservation Form
- A Check or Money Order payable to "West End Flea Market" for Space Fee
- A legal size Stamped, Self-Addressed Envelope for your Admission Pass and space assignment

Reserved space will be assigned from available spaces.
If you do not receive your confirmation Admission Pass with your space assignment by mid-week prior to the market date, please call our office for instructions (510) 999-1431.
SPACE RENEWALS also may be completed at the Flea Market at the Information Booth with the Site Managers.
